We had a fabulous day, the weather was fantastic, there was a great crowd and lots of happy faces. People were welcomed in with Christmas songs from our in-house musician.
We had a flower stall and a baking stall, a Christmas stall, books, DVDs and Bric-a-Brac, then there was face painting and temporary tattoos for kids and a massage chair for adults. We had the games corner, with spinning tops, a nuts and bolts game, Beat the Buzzer and Lucky Dip.
We had a refreshments area where people could sit and talk over a cup of coffee with cake. We sold lots of tickets for our raffle and our first prize was a young bull calf!
We are very grateful to all who helped, firstly to those who helped with organising the Winter Fayre and those who helped out on the day. A big thank you to the people who made Christmas crafts and cards. Then to those who sourced the raffle prizes and especially to those people/shops who supplied us with a magnificent array of raffle prizes.
This is our beautiful Christmas crafts and decorations area.
Brian and Sue set up a games corner, and we had two past pupils gave a hand.
It was great to see so many past pupils and their parents turn up on the day. It was a fun family afternoon and to see so many of our pupils helping their parents on their stands.
It was a great day full of fun, chat and laughter.
