Egyptian Instruments

This week the Junior room were learning about Egypt. The pupils than made an Egyptian instrument called a sistrum. This instrument reminded the children of many different things including a rattler and a whisk. They used y-shaped sticks and thread bottle caps, buttons, and beads onto the wire. Each child then decorated their instruments using string and ribbon. Well done everyone.
