Continuing on with our stories this week in the junior room we read about Hansel and Gretel so for art on Friday we made our Hansel and Gretel gingerbread houses using lollipop sticks, coloured tissue paper and buttons.
Australia Day
Tuesday the 26th of January was Australia Day. We learnt all about Australia and also we looked at Aboriginal Art. Then we decided to make our own Aboriginal dot paintings of some Australian animals. It was great fun learning about another country.
